Please fill in all required fields V.3.x

When I try to send the order I get the following error message:
"Please fill in all required fields". I read many answer about this problem (phone numer, email address). But the answers are for older versions.
I don't find the mentioned template or .js in V3.4.
Could somebody help?

and which fields are causing problems? what did you NOT fill in?

Aktually, I didn't change any thing. I used the order form as it.
I fill every fields correctly. It's append when I click on 'order_send' button.

I find out the problem. I forgot to aktivate in "Delivery and payment" the button.
