How to Change Price Format in QC 3.4

I want to change price format in QC 3.4

Example :
Price:<b>7900.00 RM</b> change to Price:<b>RM 7.900</b>

What i must do ?? Before i use QC 2.2 now i want upgrade to QC 3.4
