can I insert Javascript or Php ( using include ) to the editor HTML in admin menu...

You can add JavaScript code in full description of page but You should disable WYSIWG editor option in configuration. You can also add PHP code look here: http://opensolution.org/Quick.Cart/docs/?id=tips#how_to_execute_php_code_in_templates
