Email only printing certain fields

Could someone please explain why I can see all my fields filled out correctly on the orders_print screen but when the email comes through everything prints correctly except the comment field? Any assistance greatly appreciated.

you might have made a mistake in the orders_print.tpl template, in block ORDER_EMAIL_BODY or CUSTOMER_ORDER_EMAIL_BODY.

Replace both blocks with generic versions from backup and try again. If it works ok, then you really made some mistake in those blocks. Find it and correct it.
