Hide subcategories

When i click on the categorie "walking boots", is see also the subcategories High mountain and trekking.

Is it possible to click on "walking boots", and hide the subcategories?
Then you can put a story instead of it about for example walking boots.

Hi Treewood,

I tried the suggestion on the link you provided, but it doesn't work.
I have the extended version 3.3, maybe that's the problem?

hmm should work with ext version too. this forum is for free version only remember.
maybe you did something wrong?
