Mail error and strange order in order.php in 2.2qc

I am using qc2.2 and it is very well i have two problem
1. when user use contact form to contact us it work fine
but we did not recevied user first/last name and his telephone no.

2. strange order coming in order.php to stop this i am using productinrow plugin and i have also change the href to form filed in productinrow. As mention in this website.

will any body help me

dude, this version is no longer feasible to support. Don't you want to ugrade to 3.x?
