cannot move on from basket page

hello. i have now problem with basket -
if i add product to basket and click then "next" in basket page, nothing happens...
have i done something wrong?

it is strange, that the basketsystem sometimes works and sometimes not.
now it works again but about 10 minutes ago it didnt worked.

i have qc shopprogram in 3 different servers at the moment and they all have this strange basketproblem - sometimes workes and sometimes not.

can somebody tell me why is it so and how to solve this.... ?

just for reference, Tiux didn't set his "Order Form" page in admin > settings
