next and previous product

I know that we can scroll through lists of products. Is there an easy way to add scrolling per product inside a category.
So next product and previous product
<previous............... next>
Product 1 image
product 1 details


when you click next you see the next product in that category.

yes it is possible. you can change products to 1 per page in settings

Hi Thanks treewood - had tried this but I would like to keep my category list too.. so this doesn't quite work for me. Unless I am missing something?

Does anyone have a fix for this so <previous............... next> is on the full description/large image page?
