Dear All.


Please Help me...

I have some files in QC.3, sometime I am using ftp to upload the file without using online admin.
in this case , if I have made change in Admin area : add product with the prices , add image & short & full descriptions, which is of file I should upload to the server so that the result of the page is same by updating admin area.

the folder is not enough. your product photos are located in /files and small photos in files/100 or files/200. when you save your product with photo through admin, in your database (db) there is the link to your uploaded photo, so it is not enough to upload photo to the folder using ftp only. you need to use admin for this. in other way you need to make some updates in your db by hand.

I mean that , which of file changed if I add the product , image , price , description so that the file that I've changed can be uploaded...

the main file is db/xx_products.php and other files: xx_products_files.php, xx_products_pages.php...

Thank you kalanta , I was doing this coz the problem of my server, using admin mode for editing and adding the product always go blank.( there's no change )
perhaps problem at the memory on the server.

I'll try to analyze more detail for this.

try to disable in administration > settings > display files from server in form

I 've try to , but the result is same with able mode.

maybe , I should to add the capacity from 50MB to 100MB..

Today , All data from my old server ( 50MB ) was changed to the new server ( 100MB ). actualy I just use 20MB ..

in Admin menu , I try to change the short specifitations of my product with image , but.....All data was blank ( again ), ....include prices , image , full descriptions...
it happens for one product that I've changed...

anyone can solve this problem...? or the same problem

This the screenshot for an error...after I changed short Descriptions...and all go blank..
I checked by ftp server in files/...
the image that connected to this link go blank too...( it's like deleted ).

I tried to open one product again....
there is no a word I change...I just klik "save"..
All disappear...

may be, there is a bug for this case...
