Maximum number of Quantity ?

I have searched this subject but i couldnt find for version V3.x

Is this possible to give limit for Quantity for each product only 1.
When they click same product it will not add again. but they will free to chose other products .

Please help.

yes we have stock control but it is paid in Quick.Cart.Ext:
