How to change the width of the site

Hello

My english is a little bad, but i hope you can understand me...

My Q is:

1. How do i change the width of the site (quick.cart v. 3.3) to 100% width ?
2. How do i change the width of the site (quick.cart v. 3.3) to 900 pixels width ?

Hope you can help me with Q..

Dear Treewood, i spended like hours last night looking for excactly that Q but with no luck :(

Maeby i am not so good in searching, could you give me a clue ?
