How do i title links?

Hi,
I would like to title all my category links (just like alt image description).
Any thoughts?

Sorry if it wasnt clear enough.
I would like to add "title" tag to my category links. When you hover over a link it displays additional information about link. (title="Some information")
Just like image description which helps page ranking.

yes but what field you want display in title? maybe description from SEO ?
