Adding field to order

Hi, I've posted this question some time ago and I've read this

but I don't know if this one apply to my question. I' would like to add two fields that I needs to complete an order since I need these data to issue an invoice.

How can I add these two fields in the order page?

why not ask your customers to specify the additional stuff into the comments box?
I mean not all customers will require an invoice, right?
