Adding an extra menu below "categories"

Hi.

Is there any way i can add an extra menu right below "Categories"?

Or actually just a new headline between some of the pages in "Categories" much like the one where it says "Categories"??

you can actually use menu4 (producers) for another set of categories (there is actually no difference between properties of these categories). NO PROBLEM. My brother used it for small commercial messages, etc.

You can put any text or pic between menu3 (categories) and menu4 (producers).

Probably.. if u say so..

I've removed the producers menu since i didn't need it, so i don't remember, but i'll just add it again.

I have done this but it shows not on my website, i can select it in the admin.
