Upgrade to 3.2 from 2.2

I downloaded all the files and uploaded them all to a server where I can try the 3.2 version without messing with my current webshop.
I have set all the files to chmod 777 that is supposed to be.
Then I went to the server to check things out and this is what I get:

What is wrong? Have I missed something? Or is it something with my host?

Hi, yes, this is a known .htaccess bug. On some servers this is f**ed.
