products by alphabetical order

hello,

I have problem with alpahabetical order in products and navigations, some letter
e.g. : č,ž,š,á,ch, are places at end aphabet.

Didn´t somebody know, what I have wrong to set?

My language is Czech and i use utf-8.

in short, start sorting products by position and also import them to excel to sort them properly and change their position (and then export them back) .
