No email to client

Building a new shop and everything works fine. Only one problem, clients dont get the order email. I get the email about a new order.

Now the email works to clients. Maybe some problem in my cut and paste???

Now the problem is that the emails ÅÄÖ is AAO. How to fix this?

In Quick Cart 2.1 i can't have e-mail sent to administrator.. I don't understand why.. It was suggested to paste code in actions_client.php, but this file in QC 2.1 is empty. I'm getting crazy... :/

you must use some 'other' version of QC 2.1, because it should have that file

Yes, version 2.1 has that file, but it contains only these two lines of code:

I searched in other versions of quick cart, also in 3.x, but is the same. Actions_client.php doesn't exist or it's empty, with only these two lines of code.

Where have I to paste the code that Treewood suggested here?
