webshop totally broken when basket is in menu2, 3, 4

I have moved basket page to other menus and it broke my webshop totally (page not found when trying to reach the webshop address).
Another guy had the message "No sBlock: LIST_BASKET in file: templates/menu_2.tpl", my server just obviosly disabled any page display.

This should not be done, perhaps it's just the LIST_BASKET item missing from the other menu temlates (yes it is, I just tried). LIST_BASKET block should be customised for each menu according to how you guys want it to look.
