cannot add or change product information

Hello.
First of all thank for this program.
But now i have some problems -

i cant add or change product information, if i do it, it shows only empty areas after saveing (no errors are shown).
If i change the product name, it says, that everything is ok but still it will delete the product name and price and product description.

Whats wrong?

first question ... did you change files privilages in db/ directory? you should add chmod 777

yes i have same problem. i did change file permision corectly but ia cant add or edit product data

im using QC 3.2 and 28 product stored.

maybe this will help. go to setting and change to "NO" option "Display files from server in form"

this is probably a memory problem on the server, it is set too low for QC

I still have this problem. Privilages are 777. Can't be memory problem on the server.

surely can be memory problem. Did you try other server when you say that it's not?

now i deleted all files in "files" folder and uploaded them again and after that the problem is solved.
but i know that it is possible that soon the problem is back again. dont know what is the reason...

... and it is back...
i added some information and some pictures. everything was ok.
then i added some more information and pictures.... and it just disappeared... i cant save pictures and text again...

Server provider said, that everything is ok, that the problem cant be in memory...

... i'm writing again....

if i delete files in "files" folder except files in "files -> 100 and 200 and ext" folder, everything works again.
it seems like it is still memory problem?

how many files do you have in the files/ directory when it doesn't work?

I had the same problem andended up changing server provider, because it worked in one server and not in the other

Mul see qc pood (aga vanem versioon) töötas kunagi samas serveriruumis ja selliseid probleeme ei tulnud kordagi ette. Nüüd aastaid hiljem tegin ühe teise poe uuema versiooniga ja samasse serverisse ja nüüd on probleemid...
Proovin selle jutu kirjutada inglise keeles ka..

Older version worked fine in this server but the new one not...

mul praegu asub lehekülg virtuaal.com serveris.
nüüd on jälle nii, et kui failide arv files kataloogis ületab teatud arvu, siis enam infot ja pilte lisada ei saa.
