cachousam, what are you trying to accomplish? Forms are a little difficult to add in Quick.Cart, it is however possible, I have already done this for one customer.

but my page formulaire whith another script is not ok that is my question
I am still a little lost as to what you want to accomplish. Please write it down in three simple sentences, so I can understand it. Then write the same thing in french, I will google translate it in case I don't understand something from the english sentences.
J'aimerais créer une page de formulaire qui serait une demande de devis par exemple.On l'appellerait en cliquant sur un bouton en dessous du logo.Il y aurait des menus déroulants, des boutons radio. A la fin on enverrait un mail de récapitulation à l'administrateur et au client. Comme pour la page "contact us"
Je vois, this is possible in QC 3.x. However it is a bit difficult to explain/implement, so please ask OpenSolution guys to do it. If they can't do it, ask me.
It's not as easy as adding the form to some template. You must also edit the sources to scoop the form variables, see if they are valid and use them to do what you want with them. It's not easy to explain and just to put up the code for a plugin that OpenSolution.org guys sell commercially would not be fair.
hi beholder I have understand your idee but what is this plugin and where can i buy it it is for v2.2 or intégrate in pro or ext it is really a script for create any form in a page of quick cart? have you an example in a screenshot
each order form has its own script, therefore it's kind of custom work. I don't have a script that is universal.
OpenSolution sells at least two scripts that are based on forms, one is the classic contact form (http://opensolution.org/os/templates/en_Quick.Cart_features_3.2.html#contact-form) another is the "Ask about the product" form (http://opensolution.org/os/templates/en_Quick.Cart_features_3.2.html#ask-about-product).
You should ask them if they would help you somehow (commercially) if they won't make a deal with you, ask me.
