Document encoding problem !!!

When I try to load my page i get the following message:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\xampp\htdocs\IC\lang\en.php:1) in C:\xampp\htdocs\IC\index.php on line 19

What should i do to fix it ???

This occured when i changed the document encoding to utf-8 in order to enter Greek characters.

you propably edit lang/en.php with editor that have no UTF8 support. please use editors with support.

I edited the file using Dreamweaver MX ...
