PHP.ini ?? maybe the error

Hi all...

Please check these two sites, one with the Apache server and php4.4
the other is with IIS and php4.4,

The first is fine but I get errors CGI.

The second is not good.

I get following message on the second link:

The requested URL /ADM/QCART/ was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

There are 2 versions of QC on www.angeldelaguarda.org/ADM/
One works ok, another has .htaccess problem, search for it on this forum.
