Formatting mail to Clients

I would be more than pleased to know why the SendOrderToClient.tpl used within QC 2.x has been replaced within QC 3.x by a function SendEmailWithOrderDetails which does not allow the text of the mail to be modified.

Previous architecture was better because message was language dependent.
