I have a problem with updating data. especially on "description" and image.
why did I make the change on the specification ( both short and full desc. ) containing an image...the page always shown blank ( just name product & price) and then I have to delete the data and add again.
But , if the product without an image , I tried to edit the data ( description ) , they come completly...
Is there any problem with data containing image..?
perhaps you have a memory problem that the server doesn't report when saving data. Try this free hosting to see if it has the same problem: http://www.php5.sk/?module=Register&action=CreateRegister (this free hosting has very low memory limit for php apps, so it may have the same problem, in such case ask your server admin to increase this limit)
In the worst case, switch off option "Display files on server in form" in admin>settings.
