Content warning on site opening

Hello,

Is it possible and if yes, then how to add warning pop-up (like lightbox) to my site?
It should be shown once for every user (regarding to cookies).

Please look at the example there: http://www.sextop.lt (sorry for the content but I could not find anywhere else such an ideal script)
