Once again, some Developpers forgot to consider that most of us users are NOT php programmers.
This is why the database converter from QC 2.2 to QC 3.2 is not a turn key procedure.
I am in the process of rewriting the HOWTO more or less from scratch as it lacks a minimum of information to make it work fine.
As an example, if you have a QC 2.2 site in another language than English, the HowTo tells us to change a few parameters, but forgets to say that the new language should be created prior to starting the migration procedure...
I'll come back here when my upgrade works the way it is written into the new HowTo.
