How to make drop down on "producers"?

Hello,

I don't how to name this menu, but I think it could be "drop down" or smth like this.

I want to make left side menu category "producers" to be shown not like list, but like drop down. I think it's not hard to do, but I'm not specialist on php, so I decided better to ask.

there is probably no need to do PHP here, try to change template templates/menu4.tpl
