Hello everyone,

I'm a newie with Quick.Cart. I'd installed and tested it successfully without any problem for the first time. But when I followed exactly the same procedure to install it for the 2nd time to a different server, I cannot work with "products""add product" and two other pages at the admin area. It echoed "http 500 error" message when I clicked on menu for those pages.

I've checked chmod stuff and even upload the whole default script again, problem remains.

BTW, I can work with the other part of admin area very well, and when I run "admin > tools > validate" it says "Operation was successful"...except “attributes” and "products".

Please help!

With best regards,

» Quick.Cart v3.x

Thanks treewood.Yes, you are right, again I checked the script with login screen and found it's version 1.4...

So if I upgrade to version 3.2, this problem will disappear? But my Quick.Cart is NOT stand-alone script, but an integrated part of CMS, and oddly enough, my 1st program - exactly the same script - is still working very well on another server, without any "http 500 error".

Any direction or suggestion? Thanks a lot.

Thanks. I've got the problem solved - I used binary mode to ftp the script again and it's done. Previously, I always used the default ftp mode "global setting".
