There is a bug on Quick.Cart v3.2. It works offsize. Because it subtracts(or add) the payment method rate from carrier fee. This is wrong. Payment method rate subtracts from total cost on all of other shopping cart scripts.

How can we fix it? For example what I want:

If Subtotal is $50

if delivery cost $5

If payment method is Transfer and payment method rate is -10%

Then Total cost must be: $50 - ($50 * 10%) + $5 = $50

If I can do it for free version when I'll purchase paid version.

this is akin to a taxrate that depends on payment option chosen by the customer in order form. I've done such a solution (i.e. certain percentage of total price is added to or subtracted from the total price), it is not that difficult to program into QC.

If you're really interested in this working in free version, ask me or opensolution guys to help you commercially.
