how to add new menu

I have been searching but have not found, how to add new menu.

I would like add new column/menu to right like here:
http://sklep.cigarro.pl
so i could add some banners to this column.

Could anybody help me?

I did all this. At the end added page to this type of menu, but still there is now new menu/column visible..

Download brightside and check files templates/container.tpl and after check styles CSS. This is example what you must change to get what you want.
