I can't add PICTURES to products

Hello everybody and thanks for this great script,
however i'm having a few problems and i would really appreciate if you could help.
I have added more then 100 products, and now i was going to add the PICTURES corresponding to each products... but it doesn't work. I tried Uploading and Selecting pictures that are already on the server, i press Save, the page refreshes but the picture won't add.
I chmoded the /files to 777 so that's not the problem.

Please help :)

Just noticed that i can't even Edit products anymore (changing description,etc). I'm pressing Save and the page refreshes, but nothing changes

hmmm ... maybe you have problem with to big FORM. Go do configuration and change "Display files from server in form" to NO

Haven't managed to fix it up, however i backuped the old files from the /db folder, did a clean install, then added the old /db and everything is all right now :)
