Presence of the left menu in order form template

Hello,

I was wondering if it's possible to display the left menu (one with categories and products) also in the page with order form. If yes, please tell me the method or variables because $sMenuX ones do not work in orders_form.tpl.

Just select default.php theme in your ordering page details instaed of order.php.
