Email change

When I become an order on my mail it's normaly seted that says: from "my Mail" to "My mail".
So how can I set from "orders mail" to "my Mail".

edit core/orders.php function: sendEmailWithOrderDetails() and change:
$aSend['sSender']= $GLOBALS['config']['orders_email'];
to
$aSend['sSender']= $this->aOrders[$iOrder]['sEmail'];
