if I add & change the contents for my web , first on local server then all file that I have changed I send to the hosting server.
But , If I just add the contents for Image & specifications for product on local server , what the names of file/folder that should I send to the hosting server.?
so next time , local server and hosting server the contents is same.
Why are You making all changes on local server? You have panel admin for that and You don't have to upload script every time when You made some changes.. But after that changes which You described You should upload db/ folder and files/ folder..

I always work on local server every time changed the scripts or add product Coz I worried if someday my server down and lost all my data, so I do like this for backup my data.
in this case , if I add products on local server which folder the product wil be saved...
but I've tried and all file will be saved in Db/ folder and files/
