Mail format without <CR>

Hi all,

I have moved my QC application from one server to another one. I carefully uploaded all files in Binary mode.
Now, when a Customer receives an email notification after an order, all the text is on one line. No <CR><LF> at the end of the lines.
I had a look at the .TPL, it is like before, correct format.
Where should I investigate to fix that problem pls?

I guess the new mail agent does not format messages the same way the former server did.

To fix my problem, I added in the template/en_sendOrderToClient.tpl file a |n| before each and every line that I wanted to start in column 0 and Bob is my Uncle.
