Cannot modify header information

Hi

I have an problem. When I open my site I see the following report:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /storage/mijndomein/users/120916/public/sites/www.sfeervol.net/config/lang_nl.php:1) in /storage/mijndomein/users/120916/public/sites/www.sfeervol.net/index.php on line 20

The information on line 20 is:

header( 'Content-Type: text/html; charset='.$config['charset'] );

A person told me to move this line a bit upwards but this doesn't work.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem.

You probably have made some changes in file config/lang_nl.php and You use for it inappropriate editor (without UTF-8 support). I can propose You Notepad++ :)
