Paypal for 3.1

I am very new, just installed the quick.cart 3.1 free version and I can not find where the payapl payment option is to setup. I looked for something telling me how to install but can not find anything, can someone direct me to the right place or explain?

you should check the paid version, it has paypal plugin integrated. I don't think there is paypal plugin for QC 3.x available non-commercially.

Thank you. Is there a plug in for the older versions if I choose to not go with the paid version?

sure, there should be, older versions have some other limited functionality though
