Dear hotnet107, go to admin panel and go to Pages > New Page. You'll create a new page and you'll select one "Parent Page" (at right side bar).
It's all. If you have more doubts post it here.

thanks anyway for your answer.
I mean that add for Main Menu not in parent page. if you first download in original file position left menu there are 2 menu , that are Catagories , producers..except top menu above logo ,top menu under logo & hiddens page.
in this case I want add new menu one more again.
I've tried to change the code (lang_en.php), They doesnt' work.
