Yes of course it's possible but it's not small modification. The simpliest way for do this is make almost the same form like existing to address of client. Near it You can add note than is the shipping address is the same like address of client then user should leave this fields blank.

Why not put an instruction for a customer to write this into the order comment? That seems to be the most obvious solution.

@beholder: well I think it would be irritating for the customer if they have to type all that stuff.
I'm planing to add an option for the user so the product will arrive at certain time. this is useful if the customer want to send the gift at their friend's birthday, etc
