please check on ftp if there are created following files: - in the db/ directory, any files starting with "bg_" - in the lang/ directory, file bg.php - in the config/ directory file lang_bg.php
next, also try to switch on the admin interface language bg from the drop-down, see if it works.
Hi, thank you for fast answer! Yes, there are - in the db/ directory, any files starting with "bg_" - many files - in the lang/ directory, file bg.php - in the config/ directory file lang_bg.php
Yes, admin interface works with the bulgarian language, but the site not works. Can I use en.php or pl.php for bulgarian language? windows-1251 or UTF-8?
try it this way, on a newly installed copy of QuickCart 3.0: 1. substitute these language files... lang/en.php config/lang_en.php
...for their counterparts in bulgarian. KEEP the "en" filenames, the filenames should stay the same, NOT bg.php or lang_bg.php.
2. Then switch the language to "en" in administration, both the admin>dropdown en, as well as admin>settings>default shop language>en
3. Set up your webshop by overwriting English pages.
THIS MUST WORK on a clean copy of QC. If it doesn't work flawlessly after step 2, let me know here. You would have to check the language files for corruption then.
