How to Translate 2 things ?

I want to translate 2 things : Categories and Producers, i could translate the whole LANG file but then i realised i couldnt translate menu-names. And i cant find where are they... coudl you please help me ?

Realy ? I kinda searched and didnt fdn it...

I mean the MENU title : "Categories" ..... not the variable...
