I have extended database with lots page levels, but now i can't add pictures for products and i get this message: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 524288 bytes) in /www/vhosts/autopobeda.ru/html/amg/libraries/FlatFiles.php on line 218. I have gd2 as default server module and all chmods are fine (777). When i test the clean version of QC (default pack) everything works perfectly. Might it be a problem related to so much page levels or is it something else? URL: http://autopobeda.ru/amg/ - this is testing place http://mbstern.ru/ - this is the actual site.
page levels should be totally irrelevant. Try to add a pic to a high-level sub-logo menu page to see that it is so.

Yeah! it works fine, with an image source from a local computer and from the server. But adding to the products is still not possible.
Actually, i just realised that the same error appears when i simply try to edit any of the products. I thought it deals just with pictures, but i see there is something else.

Does anyone have an idea?
Actually it's got to deal with a good client and we don't want to loose anymore of'em.
It seems like the tech-support is not willing to help out in cases such this one.
We've been working with QS for 1,5 year and now, it seems like, the tech-support is giving up.
this question is for Treewood then, but you can't really expect, that he will answer you 10 minutes after you post a help request. Furthermore, you should try QC on several servers -- to see if this is a server problem or some other problem. QC 3.0 works great, uploads pics and everything so it could be a very specific server problem.

answer to "beholder"
yeah, i know what to expect from QC, as i said i've worked with this engine for 1,5 year - enough to make a decision.
ok! there's enough servers've been tested, i feel like the problem isn't where we are looking. i think the problem in the db files, otherwise in default.css.
Anyhow, here's a deal, which might help to improve the engine.
here is a thing: on a russian QC it gets f*cked, right? How about on an english version.. have you tried that?

Nah... the lang settings don't do anything, beside if i work with a russian products why should i want the english version. :)
I might be wrong, but it seems to me, when the client-administrator was making his catalog, he did somehow stupidly. and so the flat files of database are corrupted, which leads to such bugs. for example today was an error from FotoJobs.php. Anyhow i didn't find anything wrong, except this db directory, which constantly freaks out.
Strange though!

Just an hour later... i solved the problem!
The en_products.php was writen in some wicked way with empty : $$$$$ $ for some 190 000(!) lines down and then was the product marks. I got a printscreen made for my client, i am very interested how in the world he got this crap done.
That's why there was the file size errors and pics wouldn't add.
awesome, congratulations, Dmitri. Welcome to the club :-) I was asking about the EN version, because it uses EN databases. From there it is only one step away to conclude that there was something with RU databases. But you solved it yourself.
