could you verify to us (via FTP) that there actually is a directory files/150/? also check for example the file files/150/minaxin60.jpg
Because it seems there isn't such a file.
If it really isn't there, it could be that you didn't set up the chmod 777 for all files and directories in the files/ folder. Or it could be that you need to simply re-save the page again, so that the thumbnails get created.

Picture "minaxin60.jpg" is only in directory "files", it is not in "files/150". Folder "150" and "100" are empty but I chmoded 777 "100" and "150" several times.
It seems pictures are not saved in to 100 and 150.
you can check status of those dirs in total commander when you click right mouse (set selecting in options to be on left mouse, not right), select properties and check out the dirs in the list.
Also remember to re-save the page in admin after the chmod, so the pics' thumbs actually get created.
When they don't create, maybe you can also put a test image named as the thumbs into the dirs files/150/ and the files/100/ if the test image displays ok, there is nothing wrong with displaying and everything wrong with creating thumbs. Some servers (=webspace providers) did this with previous versions of QC. Maybe you should check on another server then.
