Image quality - tumbnails

Hi, how can I get the same image quality on the tumbnails as on the photos that get shown when you click the tumbnails? I seems that the tumbnails has lesser image quality because the appear much more blurry than the orignial you get when yuu click the tumbnails. I have increased the size of tumbnails thats why it is important for me.

here is the simplaest fix - open the dir called "files" in there you will find all of you uploaded images and thumbnails - generally the thumbnails name ends with an (-m)

Copy all those fuiles to your disk - open them in your image editor (photoshop for example) and fiddle with them - readjust them to however you desire - save them.

Now simply overwrite/replace them in the "files" dir - viola! all fixed!
