Changing the header fotos

Hi, how do I link a header image to to a product categorie? I would like that when you click a certain product (for instance tents as used in quick cart demo) a specific image appears in the header region (where it shows scenic nature with a dude fishing in the quick cart demo). If this is not possible how can I change the different headers when you click the horizontal menu buttons?

barnardo - only using styles ... you must got to styles and add background to each position in menu
