First of all, Quick.Cart is great, great job to all those who have contributed.
Anyway, I have been thinking about using QC for a few small shopping carts, problem is I have some questions that after reading lots of posts, cannot find a straight answer...
PayPal integration, does this work with 3.0? If I purchased the Pro version, would it come with PayPal integration out of the box, I read somewhere there was a plugin you need to pay for to do this.
mod_rewrite, is this available in any of the versions? How friendly are the URL's? Anyone have any experiance with this? I see the Pro version has a sitemap.
US state taxes, anyone have this working on there QC?
I don't mind paying someone to help me set this up, I have very little time to really spend tweaking QC, so any answers/help would be great!

As for state taxes, is this something that will be available in the future? An easy way to add this would be on the order form page and have a small check box, probably above the "I accept rules..." that would say "California State Tax", once checked would add the correct rate, such as 7,25% to the total. Of course, each state has a different tax, I am just going with my tax rate.
Its not the greatest solution, but would open the cart to more US customers. Anyone up for doing the modification? Again, I don't mind paying for this.
