How do I change the header?

Hi guys,

How do I change the header picture and brown colored box under the logo.jpg ?

I replaced the picture 'files/_demo_en_header_2.jpg' but it didn't helped very much, still showing the demo picture.

Searcing and searching but don't find anything on HTML that helps me. I changed the header picture to blue and logo with blue backround but outside the logo is a brown box from the demo header..
