Basically this cart just sends an order to an email. No credit card info, nothing.
What is the last update source that actually works? Does it even exist?
On the post that say "edit file..."
a hint of where to add code, what to modify would help. Like state after line that looks like this...

There is NOTHING in that file even mentions paypal, much less where to begin to add code. |
