How do I change the color of the "Back" link?

I have a black page, and the "Back" link is black and thus invisible. I changed it on the default.css to no avail. I cant find it in any of the templates.

Look at line 101 of the default.css file

Change from: #back a{margin:0 0 0 4px;}

To: #back a{margin:0 0 0 4px;color:#006699;}

I used #006699 as an example - this should affect this link only...
