how to make bigger couriers field

hi all. got a question...how can i make the "select courier" field bigger,bacause i cant see the whole sentence... i want to add about 5 small words,but when i click select courier,i see only a part of what i wrote....any help please?

machinakias - edit templates/default.css and change
.order select{width:200px;}
to for example:
.order select{width:230px;}

thanks a lot! i got it! may i ask something else? i 've got a small problem with my codepage...i mean,i use greek language in my site and when i send a message from the contact form i receive weird characters instead of greek...my encoding is utf-8 and i changed it also in outlook as i've been told,but the problem remains...i would like to use this form,but i need greek support.any ideas?thanks for your time.keep on my friend!greetings from greece.
